4:20 Release, Sound Safari Online Radio Show Announcement

Happy 4:20

The Christian world is celebrating Easter holidays this weekend. Another popular holiday falls on this day too, Happy 420! In the 12th parliament, we have MP for Kibra Constituency, Ken Okoth pushing for the legalization of the herb. This comes after the UN admitted that the war on drugs has failed.

Regardless, we suggest you stay on the right side of the law if you don’t want to become a guest of the state this Easter Weekend. In the meantime, let us commune in this legal drug called music.

Tracks are downloadable on our Soundcloud or you can get them direct by clicking here.

Never Growing Up was mixed and mastered by our good friend Hendrick. Check out his music here.

Never Growing Up

Stephen Mwangi, alternatively known as iC4Beast is making his debut Sound Safari release with hot new single aptly named, ‘Never Growing Up’. Over the past 4 years, iC4beast has been crafting an interesting online, anonymous persona. To represent his genius, he has chosen music, film and animation as the medium through which to spread his ideas. Over the past year, iC4Beast has been sharing fire local remixes, most of which got a nod from the original writers.

G.R.O.W. U.P – Getting Really Old Will Upset Plans.

Never Growing Up is a playful future bass tune with subtle Dubstep influence. The bass-heavy track contains massive saws backdropped by candy-sweet melodies. iC4Beast flexes his sound design skills with a tremendous drop. The track samples kids in a playing ground, reminding you that getting really old will upset plans.”

iC4Beast is a graduate from MMU University with a Bsc. Film Production & Animation

Yoki Hars - Suki ft. Mimmie Cover

Our favourite electronic music group, Yoki Hars are back again with a 6-minute genre-surfing track. First premiered by DJ Fita on our Sound Safari Podcast 2 years ago, Suki is a beautiful collaboration between Yoki Hars & Mimmie.

Playing emotional chords against well side-chained leads creates for a perfect 4.20 Sound Safari Free Release. The track is voiced by the colourful photographer, videographer, chef and blogger, Mimmie Karagania. She is currently an Event Management student at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
